1964 Chevy C10 Build (Crown Spoyal)

This was a c10 build I did awhile back. This is what it looked like when I bought it.

I was able to pick it up for a good price because it didn’t run and had a rough interior. I felt like the motor was fine so I took the gamble. I knew I wanted to distress it and play on the purple paint job so I named it Crown Spoyal.

Instantly gutted the interior. replaced just about everything. Main things I was concerned with was all the handles, cranks, window parts and windows. I really wanted this thing to feel as new as possible even though it would look old.

Once the interior was cleaned up and working as it should. I moved to the suspension. Converted the front brakes to power disc. Drop spindles and drop springs. Also put a little c notch in the rear frame rail.

I then moved on to the engine compartment. It mainly needed to be cleaned up although I did spend a little money on some dress up parts.

Built a custom x-pipe exhaust for it.

I really like this truck and is another one on my list I probably should have held on to.

After I sold the truck I would get updates from the owners as it changed hands. I guess because they found it on youtube. Wonder where this thing is now? Love that this truck was saved from the junk yard.
